  • ½ green bell pepper, cut lengthwise
  • ½ ginger root, bruised

  • 100 ml water

How to Make:

  • Place the sliced ​​onions and garlic in a frying pan filled with enough oil.
  • Saute until fragrant, then add the crushed ginger.
  • Add the tofu pieces, red peppers and green peppers.

  • Add salt, oyster sauce and water to taste.
