Feeling tired is also often felt by pregnant women during early pregnancy. This is caused by increased levels of the progesterone hormone which can trigger feelings of fatigue and drowsiness. 

3. Frequent urination

You can also find out if you are pregnant or not by paying attention urination frequencymore often than usual. During pregnancy, blood flow in the body will increase, causing the kidneys to work harder to filter blood and excrete it through urine.

4. Nausea and vomiting

Nausea and vomiting usually occur in 4-6 weeks of gestation and will begin to disappear at 12 weeks of gestation. One of the causes of these pregnancy symptoms may be due to increased levels of pregnancy hormones in the body. .

5. Blood spots appear

During the pregnancy process, the fertilized egg will develop into a future fetus and attach to the uterine wall. This process causes the blood vessels in the uterine wall to become injured and causes light bleeding in the form of blood spots (implantation bleeding).
