Not only that, this method can also improve blood circulation on the waist so that the pain is reduced. To get the benefits, pregnant women only need to do a warm compress for 15–20 minutes using a towel soaked in warm water.

Have a pregnancy massage

Another way that pregnant women can do to deal with back pain during pregnancy is to undergo a pregnancy massage. This massage can strengthen the muscles and joints in the body, including the waist, so that they can support the weight of the pregnant woman's body.
