Apart from boiling, zuriat fruit is also widely sold in herbal stores in the form of supplements, either in the form of powder or packaged in capsules.

Then What about the Benefits of Zuriat Fruit for Fertility?
Unfortunately, there are no studies that state that zuriates are effective in increasing fertility and increasing the chances of pregnancy. Research that might be able to be carried out with this only mentions that zuriates contain high antioxidants which can prevent the dangers of oxidative stress.
Oxidative stress occurs when free radicals in the body build up and cause damage to cells. This condition can reduce fertility rates in men and women. This is because oxidative stress can affect sperm quality, the process of egg maturation, fertilization, embryo development, to pregnancy.
On the other hand, foods that contain antioxidants are proven to be good for the regeneration of body cells, including cells in the reproductive system. So, it can be said that reducing oxidative stress in the body can improve reproductive health and indirectly increase the chances of pregnancy.
Although its properties in humans are uncertain, zuriat has been shown to have many nutrients that are beneficial to the body. So, this fruit is still good for you to consume, as long as it is in a reasonable amount.
If you want to consume this fruit by boiling, make sure not to boil it too long so that the nutrients in the fruit are not lost. If you want to consume this fruit as medicine, you should consult with your doctor first.
